Late Arrival/Cancellation Policy

A late arrival/cancellation policy is in place to ensure that appointments run smoothly and efficiently for both the service provider and the client.

For late arrivals, the fee will be $15 after every 15 mins of being late, after 30 mins  the appointment will be cancelled to accommodate the next scheduled client you may need to be rescheduled altogether, depending on the amount of time that has been missed.

Regarding cancellations, the policy requires a 24hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. This fee of $25 is typically charged to compensate the service provider for the lost appointment slot.
